09| LULLABIES

There I go again, putting trust in my own plan.
Falling down again, my eyes are not on you.
Seems I’d learn to trust, faith in You Lord is a must.
Still you work all things anyway for my good.
Gather me in Your arms and
hold me through the storm and
sing to me a tender melody.

Lullaby from heaven,
with words of truth and love.
With peace that calms, strength so strong,
restoration too. Reminding me, that I belong,
I belong to You.
From heaven, Lord my one request.
A lullaby from You.

You don’t hold mistakes against me,
I confess it all to You.
Set me on the right path, straight to You.
In this life,
I am learning my weakness makes me strong,
forces me to be dependant on you,
right where I belong.
Where You gather me in you Your arms and
hold me through the storm and
sing to me a tender melody.

Remind me Lord, that I belong.
I belong to You.
From heaven, Lord my one request.
Lullaby from You.
