When I’m sleepless lying in bed
Thoughts are turning around in my head
Taking them captive, I think Lord on You
And how Your Grace carries me thru

Alpha Omega, Beginning and End
Giver of new life and starting again
All things together work for my good
Help me trust the way that I should

Nothing can stop me depending on You
Safe in Your arms hidden in you

I will praise You the rest of my days
Sing of Your mercy  and wonderful ways
Live my life till my time is through
Then face to face I’ll worship You
