Legendary Country Music Superstar T. Graham Brown “Brought the House Down” Friday night at the Civic Center Theater, Lubbock Texas. MCM/ICM Record Label Executive Mark Carman said “This is as good of a program as there is with some of the best talent in the industry and T. Graham is the true showman”. An energetic crowd, young and old, stayed to the end as the “T‐ness” delivered hit after hit along with his personal stories. T. Graham, under the MCM World Media Label, is an emissary artist for International Cooperating Ministries out of Hampton Virginia.
The show opener and host was fellow multi award winning, MCM Recording Artist Cindy Hughlett. Performing selections from her latest album “Something Old / Something New”, Cindy captured hearts and brought a standing ovation singing “Trust Me”, a new song that she wrote telling her brother‐in‐law’s story of his cancer recovery. Cindy is an emissary artist for International Cooperating Ministries as well. Cindy has completed funding churches in the Philippines and Egypt.
Also appearing to entertain the crowd was MCM’s Mark Carman with a little comedy, a few medleys of the country classics and introduced Holli Garet as the newest addition to the MCM World Media family. Holli wowed the crowd with her powerful vocal skills playing one of her originals on the piano.
As emissary artists, T. Graham and Cindy donate portions of the proceeds from their performances and cd sales to build churches, orphanages and training centers in third world countries. Money was raised that night to build a church in Honduras.
